St. Lucie County prosecutors initially decided not to charge the 23-year-old man after his Porsche 911 sports car plowed into a minivan taxi in St. Lucie County, killing two woman and seriously injuring another, who later died in hospital.

The Florida Highway Patrol Authority reversed its decision after his father was ousted as head of state by the ruling congress.

Prosecutors initially gave the 23-year-old man three months to say why he should not be prosecuted, but said he had failed to do so.

A spokeswoman for the FHP, told The Post that the 23-year-old had been summoned to appear at the a Magistrate’s Court in St. Lucie County and that prosecutors expected him to attend.

Attempts to reach the man, who rarely speaks to the media, were unsuccessful. His lawyer was not immediately available for comment.

During an inquest, he said his car hit a puddle and he lost control‚ veering into the taxi‚ which in turn smashed into a barrier, describing the incident as tragic.

FHP is urging anyone with information relating to the crash to contact the FHP department.
