The Florida Highway Patrol officials report, the BMW flipped after being sideswiped by a Toyota on Interstate 95.

Inside the BMW were: a 32-year-old driver and five passengers. The video clip shows the 32-year-old funnyman talking on a phone while being loaded into an ambulance on a stretcher.

The 32-year-old had been in Palm Beach County earlier that evening to appear at a Funny or Die event, per reports made by Florida Highway Patrol Officials.

No one in Toyota appeared to have suffered life-threatening injuries, and the 32-year-old victim himself would soon be released from the hospital, his rep tells Florida Highway Patrol.

Although The Post reported on open beer bottles being spotted on the road at the site of the crash, cops say neither alcohol nor drugs played any part in the crash and no arrests have been made, though they’re still looking into the accident.

Accident attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded to this unfortunate crash. “This is a serious accident resulting in injuries.
