5-year-old boy in critical condition after hit-and-run crash

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A 5-year-old boy is in critical condition after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in downtown West Palm Beach, WPTV reports. 

The accident occurred on eastbound Okeechobee Boulevard in the area near Rosemary Avenue on Sunday evening.

Police report that the driver responsible was driving a grey or white four-door vehicle and fled the scene immediately.

The victim was rushed to St. Mary’s Medical Center in critical condition.
