68-year-old man fatally struck by SUV in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A man was killed Monday when he was hit by an SUV while crossing the street in West Palm Beach.

According to WPBF, the victim was crossing outside of a designated crosswalk when he was hit.

Investigators say a motorcyclist swerved to avoid hitting the man but the SUV was unable to move out of the way in time.

The unidentified victim, a 68-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The precise location of the incident is not mentioned in the report.
