8-year-old airlifted after Vero Beach crash

VERO BEACH, FL – An 8-year-old child suffered serious injuries and was airlifted following a crash in Vero Beach on Monday after, CBS 12 reports. 

The accident occurred near 800 20th Avenue around 3:30 p.m. on Monday. A pickup truck and a car were involved. It is not clear what caused the crash.

The child was in serious condition and airlifted to West Palm Beach. No other injuries have been reported.
