Palm Beach County attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded about this accident. “Cases involving accidents when a car strikes pedestrians are especially troubling. It appears that the driver of the car was at fault. Once this investigation is over we’ll know for sure. If it proves that the car driver was at fault then the Mrs. Pell should consult legal council. She will needcouncil in order to protect her rights and to properly file a claim. If you or a family member has been involved in an accident, then please call our office ”.
