A person has died following a crash involving four vehicles at the intersection of Hibiscus Street and Quadrille Boulevard, Palm Beach County Police Department said.
First emergency services were called to the crash at Hibiscus Street and Quadrille Boulevard shortly after the crash happened. One person died at the scene and four others, including a teenage girl, have been taken to a Regional Medical Center, all in a stable condition.
“Preliminary inquiries indicate that two vehicles travelling eastbound on Hibiscus Street were involved in a traffic incident when one of the vehicles crashed into the rear of the other at the intersection of Hibiscus Street and Quadrille Boulevard,” a police statement said.
“As a result, two vehicles travelling westbound have collided with the vehicles involved in the crash. The male driver, and sole occupant of one of the eastbound vehicles, a 28-year-old man, suffered life-threatening injuries and passed away at the scene,” the police reported
The crash is still under investigations.
