Motorcyclist Injured In Boynton Beach
A motorcyclist was injured in a crash in Boynton Beach, according to police. A Boynton Beach man, 33, was driving near West Woolbright Road when a Chevrolet Trailblazer entered his lane and crashed into him.
According to the Boynton Beach Police Department, the man was riding a red 1999 Honda Shadow motorcycle at the time of the crash.
The man was driving near West Woolbright Road when a Chevrolet Trailblazer Sports Utility Vehicle entered his lane and crashed into him. The driver was driving a gray 2015 Chevrolet Trailblazer with a ladder strapped to its roof. There was structural damage to the front passenger’s side of the SUV, and part of the passenger’s side mirror is missing.
First emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the crash. The injured victim was transported to Delray Medical Center where he remains in stable condition. Police say the injuries are not life threatening.
“Boynton Beach police officers are investigating a crash involving a motorcycle in Boyton Beach,” Traffic Homicide Investigator Vincent Mastro said.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
