Port St. Lucie Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened on US Highway 1, PSLP spokeswoman said.
Port St. Lucie Police went out to the 9000 block of S. US Highway 1 to investigate a crash that happened between a Chevrolet Cadillac and Chevrolet Camaro.
A 20-year-old woman of Port St. Lucie was driving a white 2010 Chevrolet Camaro model while traveling north in the 9000 block of the South US Highway 1. A 76-year-old man of Port St. Lucie was driving a silver 1999 Chevrolet Cadillac while traveling south on S. US Highway 1. The Cadillac driver had attempted to turn into Eastport Plaza and crossed in front the Camaro.
The Cadillac driver was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The other driver was also rushed to a nearby hospital where he is currently being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police in Port St. Lucie are still carrying out the investigation of this fatal car crash.
