One Injured In Tractor-Trailer Wreck That Blocked North I-95
One person was injured and taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center following the tractor-trailer wreck that blocked part of northbound Interstate 95, the Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
The wreck happened when one tractor-trailer ran into another one that was slowing down between Blue Heron and Northlake Boulevards, said a Florida Highway Patrol spokesman.
The wreck blocked three lanes at one point. All lanes had been reopened, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
There was no immediate report of injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol officials said either drugs or alcohol is not suspected to be a part of the crash. Further investigations into the cause of the crash are still ongoing, said a Florida Highway Patrol spokesman.
