A 26-year-old man involved in a three-vehicle crash on the Coral Springs highway is still in a critical condition and is being transferred to a Martin County hospital.
The man was airlifted from a Coral Springs hospital to a Martin County hospital.
The man has been at the Coral Springs Hospital with four other people also involved in the accident.
Two 30-year-old women were transported to a Coral Springs hospital, one in a serious condition and the other in a stable condition.
All five are believed to have been traveling in the northbound vehicle.
A 47-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, both from Delray Beach have been transported to a Martin County hospital in a stable condition.
Both are believed to have been traveling in the third vehicle, which was traveling southbound.
The Coral Springs Highway, which was closed for several hours has since reopened.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are continuing.
Initial investigations indicate a car traveling northbound in Coral Springs collided with a vehicle traveling southbound before being hit by a third vehicle, which was also traveling southbound.
