A cab collided with a SUV in Palm Beach County injuring five people including a child, witnesses and Florida Highway Patrolofficials said.
The yellow mini-van cab was traveling westbound on Highland Beach between North Palm Beach and Wellington Avenue when it rammed head on into the Acura MDX SUV that held a female driver and a girl around 2-years-old, a witness had said.
“I heard what happened, it was a noise like, you know, the crash was really loud. It sounded like an explosion, just look at how the car is,” a security guard at a near by building told this to The Post.
“The Acura had a baby, I see them coming out both in an ambulance.”
The Florida Highway Patrol said, they transported five patients to Delray Medical Center, two in critical condition, two in serious and one with minor injuries.
The witness said, there were three people in the cab, a male driver and a male and female passenger.
“The female in the cab had blood on her face, all over her face. I saw the woman from the SUV in the ambulance with her daughter, she looked normal,” he said.
Officials did not immediately have any cause for the crash.
