19-Year-Old West Palm Beach Teenager Injured In Two Car Incidents

A teenager has been airlifted to the Delray Medical Center in critical condition after he was struck by two cars in Boynton Beach.

The 19-year-old boy was left with life-threatening injuries after the incident.

A spokeswoman from the Florida Highway Patrol said, the teen had head and arm injuries as well as a punctured lung.

He was initially taken to Boynton Beach Hospital in serious condition.

The Florida Highway Patrol said, the Forensic Crash Unit was helping Wellington police, but the circumstances were not suspicious.

No charges have been brought against the drivers of either vehicle.

Florida Highway Patrol said, preliminary investigation revealed the drivers of the vehicles were not at fault and that neither drugs nor alcohol is suspected to be a cause of the crash.

Police have spoken to two drivers of the vehicles and passengers, he said.

The two vehicles involved in the incident have been impounded and next of kin have been notified.
