Bugatti Crash In Boynton Beach Killed Four And Injured Two
A Bugatti speeding in a neighborhood with waterfront views in Boynton Beach struck an ambulance and caught fire, killing four adults and injuring two children, Boynton Beach police said.
The white 2015 Bugatti was southbound on South Flagler Drive when the crash happened at Murray Road according to police. Those killed were the car’s owners. They were all from West Palm Beach, police said. The ambulance had only the driver in it. He sustained minor injuries.
The 10-year-old boy and his 7-year-old sister who were riding in the back seat, are expected to make a full recovery, according to a Boynton Beach Police Sergeant.
South Flagler Drive is a road that lines the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway. The crash happened about a half-mile north of the victim’s home.
Investigators said, the victims met right before the crash.
Boynton Beach Police said, a father and his son were at a store when the Bugatti’s driver offered them a ride in his fancy car. Something police said he did often.
“It seems to be one of those cases with someone who has a nice car. He offered to take them for a little spin, said a Boynton Beach Police Traffic investigator.
Police ask anyone who saw what happened to call the department.
