The 45-year-old man was in Martin County when a woman entered his lane of traffic

The report said, a 27-year-old woman of Okeechobee was driving her 2000 Ford F-150 east on Southwest Warfield Boulevard about 10 miles northwest of Indiantown when she exited her lane and entered the westbound lane where Dave was driving a 1988 Ford sedan.
