The man and his 28-year old girlfriend were driving in his blue Ford Bronco when a taxi driver reportedly made a left turn in front of a 39-year old driver and the vehicles crashed, flipping the truck over, Florida Highway Patrol reports.

The 39-year-old driver left the scene uninjured, but was visibly angry, according to the reports. People allegedly had to restrain him from going after the other driver.

An ambulance took three passengers in the taxi to the hospital for minor injuries. An eyewitness said, the 39-year-old driver appeared to be concerned about them.

Law enforcement officials told Florida Highway Patrol that the accident was not the 39-year-old driver’s fault.

Reports confirmed that FHP is handling the case, but no further information had been made available.

The 25-year-old taxi driver is still unconscious and hasn’t been able to make any comments on the crash yet. The truck driver and his 28-year-old passenger were reported critical in Delray Medical Center, according to the Florida Highway Patrol officials.

Reps for the 39-year-old driver didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Police said, the crash is still under investigation.
