Boynton Beach Car Accident Left Four With Critical Injuries
A 27-year-old woman was left critical in a car crash in Boynton Beach north of Sixth Avenue South in Lake Worth, the Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
Authorities said, Summer Francis of West Palm Beach was driving a Jaguar X-Type south on I-95 when for undetermined reasons her 2002 Jaguar X-Type started heading east.
She crashed into a 2014 Toyota Tacoma that a 36-year-old Port St. Lucie man was driving. The Toyota then hit a-2018 Porsche that a 56-year old woman was driving, Florida Highway Patrol officials said in a report.
The Jaguar then hit the concrete wall barrier and stopped on the paved shoulder. The other two cars stopped on the inside lane.
Summer was unconscious at the scene and was rushed to Delray Medical Center. It is still unclear whether she had a seat belt on or not, a Florida Highway Patrol sergeant said.
The 36-year-old driver, a 13-year-old boy in the Tacoma and the 56-year-old Porsche driver sustained minor injuries in the wreck. They were all wearing seat belts, police records showed. Florida Highway Patrol officials did not report places of residence either for the other two drivers injured in the car crash.
