The Palm Beach County man was tragically killed when the truck he was driving was hit head-on near Boynton Beach.

Police believe the other vehicle, a Toyota Camry, crossed to the wrong side of the road, causing the head-on collision. The 54-year-old driver of that vehicle and two of his passengers were also injured.

His partner a 42-year-old woman, who was also in the truck, was trapped before emergency workers could free her.

His step-son said the crash has been a massive shock to friends and family in Palm Beach County.

“The 65-year-old man was loved by so many and we all just miss him,” he said.

His 42-year-old woman was flown to Palm Beach in critical condition but is now on her way to recovering.

The 65-year-old man would always reach out to others in need. Now it is their family that desperately needs help and support.
