Palm Beach Car Crash Injures One

A 28-year-old Port Salerno man faces vehicular manslaughter charges after a crash that sent a 57-year-old driver to the hospital.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 28-year-old Port Salerno man in the case.

According to a Palm Beach Sheriff Office report, the 28-year-old was under the influence of both alcohol and marijuana when the car crash occurred at the intersection of Hagen Ranch Road and Hypoluxo Road.

The 28-year-old is accused of running a red light and crashing into Jeremy Tank of suburban Lake Worth, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.

Palm Beach Sheriff Office says 44-year-old Jeremy Tank was driving a 2014 Nissan Altima north on Hagen Ranch Road when he tried to make a left turn onto Hypoluxo Road.

Jeremy was admitted at Delray Medical Center on the day of the wreck

The crash is still under investigation.
