Two Critically Injured, One Other Left With Minor Injuries After Boynton Beach Car Crash
Three people were confirmed critically injured when a motorcycle collided with a pickup truck in Boynton Beach, Florida Highway Patrol officials said.
A Boynton Beach Police Department spokeswoman said the crash occurred in the 3500 block of South Federal Hwy.
A motorcycle was traveling south on Federal Highway when the driver of a black Dodge Ram pickup truck heading north on Federal Highway failed to yield and began to make a left turn into the entrance of the Seaborne Cove community, the Palm Beach County official said.
The motorcycle, an orange Honda Repsol, struck the passenger’s side doors of the Dodge, which caused the truck to flip onto the driver’s side.
The 43-year old truck driver was taken to the hospital, precisely the Delray Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The motorcyclist and passenger, identified as a 27-year old of Palm Beach County we’re both critical at the scene.
Boynton Beach Police Department said it is unclear who was driving the motorcycle and what must have lead to the crash.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the Traffic Homicide Investigating Department.
