Man Killed In Boynton Beach Crash

BOYNTON BEACH, Fl — A 90-year-old man was killed in a single-car crash in Boynton Beach.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the man’s car was traveling southbound on South Military Trail in the northbound lanes near Boynton Beach Boulevard. The man then hit a curb and was driving in the median when he hit a tree.

He was transported to Delray Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

All northbound lanes were closed in the hours following the crash and diverted to alternative lanes. The lanes were reopened after some hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
