One Person Critically Injured After Crash On Northbound I-95 Near Gateway Blvd

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — One person suffered critical injuries in a two-vehicle crash in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Boynton Beach, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened just south of Gateway Blvd., blocking four lanes of the interstate.

As at the time of this report, all 4 lanes remain blocked as investigators work the scene.

“FHP is currently investigating a crash northbound on I-95, just south of Gateway Blvd in Boynton Beach. Three left lanes are blocked at this time. Please use caution and avoid the area if possible,” FHP reported.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time. Investigations are ongoing.

No more information was immediately available.
