Two-Vehicle Crash On Palm Beach Boulevard Leaves 19-Year-Old Seriously Hurt

The Florida Highway Patrol said alcohol is suspected in a two-vehicle crash that left a 19-year-old Fort Myers woman with serious injuries.

The FHP said the crash happened on Palm Beach Boulevard near Bellair Road.

A pickup truck was westbound on Palm Beach when it crossed the paved median and crashed head-on into a car being driven east on Palm Beach.

The FHP said alcohol use is suspected by the driver of the pickup.

The male drivers of both vehicles suffered minor injuries and the crash remains under investigation. The injured 19-year-old female was a passenger in the car.

The FHP did not identify the victims under the state’s Marsy’s Law.
