Man Suffers Neck Injury In Boca Raton Crash

BOCA RATON — A 22-year-old man died in a two-vehicle crash that led Boca Raton police to shut down N Military Trail south of Yamato Road, authorities said.

The man is yet to be identified. The crash occurred at the intersection of N Military Trail and Yamato Road.

Investigators say a Ford Edge was traveling south on N Military Trail when the vehicle veered of the roadway and struck a semitruck. The driver died at the scene.

Boca Raton police closed north and southbound lanes of N Military Trail.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the Traffic Investigator.
