Pedestrian Killed In Palm Beach Gardens Fatal Crash
According to an FHP report, a 27-year-old Vero Beach man in a 2019 Dodge Ram pickup was southbound on Interstate 95 near Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens when he encountered a pedestrian trying to walk across the expressway from east to west.
FHP asked anyone who might have seen something to contact the agency.
It has not provided a name or hometown for the man who was struck. Troopers said investigators did not see a disabled vehicle nearby and have not been able to learn why the man was walking on I-95.
FHP also did not name the first motorist.
Comments:
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded about the crash. “A Hit-and-run is one of the worst type of accidents. When that person that fled the scene is caught you have rights that are different then in a regular car crash. Make sure you speak to a licensed professional about your rights”.
