2 People Injured After Fiery Crash In Lauderhill

LAUDERHILL, Fla.— Two people were rushed to the hospital after a bad crash, Lauderhill Fire Rescue said.

The crash happened at 4251 Rock Island Road and caused one vehicle to catch fire.

“#Lauderhill units on scene of a very bad vehicle accident at 4251 Rock Island Rd. 1 vehicle on fire. 2 patients being transported to Broward Health in very serious condition. Rock Island Rd is closed in both directions. Please avoid the area,” the Lauderhill fire department PIO wrote on Twitter.

Two people are being taken to Broward Health in serious condition, according to fire officials. Rock Island Road is closed in both directions at this time and drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
