Three Injured In Crash On Interstate 95 Entrance Ramp In West Palm Beach
WEST PALM BEACH — Three people were injured in a crash involving three vehicles in West Palm Beach.
The crash occurred as traffic was merging onto northbound Interstate 95 from the entrance ramp at Belvedere Road. A truck carrying rocks, a pest control truck and a passenger vehicle were involved, a spokesman for West Palm Beach Fire Rescue said.
Paramedics took one person from each vehicle to hospitals. Information regarding the severity of their injuries was not available at the time of this report.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded about the crash. “Cases involving accidents with trucks are always subject to heightened scrutiny because of the additional regulations placed on drivers of those vehicles. Unfortunately, in our practice, we have seen numerous instances where drivers blatantly violate these regulations, which results in catastrophic consequences.”
