2 Dead, 1 Seriously Hurt In West Palm Beach Crash
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Two are dead and another person is seriously injured following a crash in West Palm Beach on Christmas Day.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, one vehicle was traveling southbound on Congress Ave., failing to stop for a red light.
The vehicle collided with another one that was traveling westbound on Forest Hill Blvd.
After the impact, the vehicle traveling on Congress was turned in a southwesterly direction and went through trees. The second vehicle rotated counterclockwise and struck a traffic sign.
All occupants from both vehicles were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center, FHP said.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded to distracted driving. “In my many years as a Personal Injury Lawyer I’ve helped many victims that were injured because someone was distracted and crashed into their vehicles. If you’ve been injured by someone because they weren’t paying attention to the road, please call me so I can help you get compensation for your damages.”
