Fatal Crash Shuts Down Part Of Federal Highway In Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, Fla. — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash that temporarily shut down part of Federal Highway.

The crash happened near 2500 North Federal Highway.

Boca Raton police say the northbound lanes between 2400 and 2500 North Federal Highway were closed for over four hours.

It is not clear what led to the crash at the time of this report. Motorists were asked to take a different route until the roads reopened.

An investigation is ongoing.
