Man Killed In Fiery Crash On Turnpike

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — A man is dead after a fiery crash on Florida’s Turnpike near Boynton Beach.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened at dawn and involved two vehicles.

A male driver rear ended the back of another car while traveling north.

After the collision both cars veered toward the median and caught fire.

The driver that rear ended the other vehicle is in the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The other driver died on scene.

The case is still under investigation, according to FHP.
