Hit-And-Run Driver Sought In Fatal I-95 Crash
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.— Investigators are looking for a hit-and-run driver in connection to a fatal crash on I-95.
The crash, involving a Toyota Camry and Toyota 4Runner, happened just before midnight in the northbound lanes near the 45th Street exit.
The Florida Highway Patrol says a man tried to push his broken-down car out of the road while steering from the driver’s side door of the car. Investigators said a second car, driven by a 23-year-old man from Loxahatchee, hit the victim’s car from behind. A third car struck and killed the victim before driving away.
Authorities believe the hit-and-run vehicle will have major damage to the headlight assembly on the right side.
Investigators said the 23-year-old unnamed victim was from Herndon, Virginia.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded to distracted driving. “In my many years as a Personal Injury Lawyer I’ve helped many victims that were injured because someone was distracted and crashed into their vehicles. If you’ve been injured by someone because they weren’t paying attention to the road, please call me so I can help you get compensation for your damages.”
