Woman Killed In Crash In Port St. Lucie

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — A 28-year-old woman is dead following an early-morning crash in Port St. Lucie.

Police said a woman, while driving a Nissan Versa, hit the median, went off the road and crashed into a tree on US 1 near Walton Road.

Investigators are not sure yet on what caused her to lose control of her car.

Police are asking for any witnesses to call 772-871-5000.
