F-150 Driver Sought In Hit And Run Crash
LAKE WORTH, Fla. — Investigators are looking for the driver in a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman from Lake Worth.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said a driver of a Ford F-150 pickup truck hit and killed a 29-year-old.
The deadly crash happened along Dixie Highway and 7th Avenue North in Lake Worth.
Investigators said the woman crossed Dixie Highway and walked out in front of the pickup truck
The driver of the pickup truck took off northbound on Dixie Highway. Authorities found it later on Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach.
Anyone with information is being asked to call Traffic Homicide Investigator Troy Snelgrove at the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded about the crash. “A Hit-and-run is one of the worst type of accidents. When that person that fled the scene is caught you have rights that are different then in a regular car crash. Make sure you speak to a licensed professional about your rights”.
