Lake Worth Beach Man, 29, Dies In Lantana Road Crash

LANTANA – A 29-year-old Lake Worth Beach man died following a rollover crash on Lantana Road, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue pronounced the man dead at the scene of the crash, the 2600 block near Palm Beach County Park Airport, according to PBSO’s crash report.

PBSO said its investigation found that he was driving a 2005 Nissan 350z in the westbound right lane “at a high rate of speed” and that he lost control of the vehicle.

The Nissan spun into the road’s center lane and struck the front end of a westbound 2019 Jaguar XE. The force of the crash flipped the Nissan onto its roof.

Neither the driver nor the passenger in the Jaguar sustained injuries. The driver is facing no charges, PBSO said.

Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded to distracted driving.  “In my many years as a Personal Injury Lawyer I’ve helped many victims that were injured because someone was distracted and crashed into their vehicles.  If you’ve been injured by someone because they weren’t paying attention to the road, please call me so I can help you get compensation for your damages.”
