Southern Boulevard Rollover Crash Kills West Palm Beach Woman, 25
WEST PALM BEACH — A 25-year-old West Palm Beach woman died in a rollover crash on Southern Boulevard west of Palm Beach International Airport, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said.
The impact threw the woman from her 2016 Mazda 3, PBSO said in a crash report made public Monday. Medical personnel pronounced her dead just after 15 minutes after the wreck.
PBSO said she was alone in the Mazda and westbound on Southern when the sedan “for unknown reasons” veered to the right at Guava Avenue, between Military Trail and Florida’s Turnpike.
The Mazda struck and mounted the curb, hit a light pole and rolled into a ditch, ejecting Gonzalez as it tumbled, according to the report.
The PBSO report did not specify whether she died at the scene or at a hospital.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded to distracted driving. “In my many years as a Personal Injury Lawyer I’ve helped many victims that were injured because someone was distracted and crashed into their vehicles. If you’ve been injured by someone because they weren’t paying attention to the road, please call me so I can help you get compensation for your damages.”
