School Bus With Children On Board Collides With Truck In Sebastian

SEBASTIAN, Fla. — A school bus with more than a dozen students on board collided with a tractor-trailer in Sebastian.

The crash happened along County Road 512.

According to investigators, the bus was coming from Storm Grove Middle School with 17 students on board.

Three students on the bus were taken to the hospital but were discharged later in the evening, according to Indian River County School District spokeswoman Cristen Maddux.

The driver of the tractor-trailer was also taken to the hospital. No word on their injuries.

The driver of the bus is OK.
