Two-Vehicle Crash Involving Collision With Tree Kills Teen In West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.— A teenager is dead following a vehicle collision with another car — and then a tree.

The 19-year-old male was traveling westbound on Forest Hill Blvd while another vehicle was traveling southbound on Woods Bend Road.

The front of the teenager’s vehicle collided with the other vehicle’s rear bumper in the westbound center lane.

The teenager continued traveling west following the initial collision towards the center median. The front of his vehicle collided with the standing tree.

He was then transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Two days later, following the incident, the 19-year-old succumbed to his injuries caused by the crash and was pronounced deceased.

The teenager was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

The case is still pending investigation.
