17-Year-Old Killed And Four Injured In Broward County
A 17-year-old boy was killed and four others were seriously injured when a Mazda stolen from a gated community in Palm Beach Gardens crashed into a concrete barrier on an I-95 exit ramp in Broward County.
A 16-year-old Boynton Beach male was charged as an adult after he had allegedly stolen a car then caused a crash that killed one teen and left a man with a brain injury, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Florida Highway Patrol officials said according to a press report released by the Post, the 16- year old drove a stolen Mazda through a red light on Palmetto Park Road causing a crash that killed a teen. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, according to a Florida Highway Patrol spokesman. Anyone with any information relevant to the crash should contact the Florida Highway Patrol.
