Boynton Beach Man Killed In I-95 Crash At Glades Road
BOCA RATON, Fla.— A 63-year-old man from Boynton Beach was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on I-95.
The crash happened just before noon near the Glades Road exit.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a car tried to change lanes in front of a truck.
The truck hit the car and sideswiped a second car before slamming into the concrete barrier.
The 63-year-old man, who was a passenger in the truck, was ejected and killed. He was not wearing a seatbelt, the FHP said. His name has not been released.
Photos from news crews show a container sitting in the median of the highway and a damaged car off to the side.
Attorney Jason Weisser of Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller and Overbeck responded about the crash. “Whenever you are behind the wheel of a car, please make sure you are not being distracted by texting, talking on your phone or communicating with your passengers. If you are in an accident where someone didn’t follow the posted signs or signals, please call me so that we can discuss your rights.”
