At least three people in Orange County, Florida suffered injuries in a recent accident involving five vehicles, including a semi-truck and a bus, an article of WFTV9 reported on August 2.
According to reports, the northbound lanes of John Young Parkway were blocked on Tuesday after the accident happened. Police are still investigating which of the vehicles caused the crash and who was coming from which direction leading up to the crash. All three people who sustained injuries were listed in critical or serious condition. The bus involved in the crash had no passengers when the accident occurred. Florida Highway Patrol Sergeant Kim Montes said that she believed a driving error caused the pileup, but authorities are still figuring out who could be liable for the incident.

Traffic was rampant on the Florida Turnpike in Martin County and St. Lucie County on April 3, as several car accidents caused blockage on various sections of the highway, according to a report by TCPalm.
The first crash happened in Martin County at around 12:30 p.m. A truck hauling a construction vehicle had pulled over to the right shoulder, and an oncoming semi-truck collided with it, causing the trailer to detach and swing into the road. A woman unnamed in reports attempted to avoid the trailer by swerving her Nissan, but the vehicle ended up rolling over. Both the driver of the semi-truck and the two women occupying the Nissan were injured and quickly transported to a nearby hospital, according to Florida Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Mark Wysocky.
Another accident occurred about an hour later, only a few miles further up the northbound lanes in Hobe Sound. This crash also involved a collision with a semi-truck—this time with a compact car. Two people were flown from the accident by helicopter to the hospital.
