Collision affects traffic on Florida Turnpike in Boynton Beach

BOYNTON BEACH, FL – Rush-hour commuters in the Sun Valley area faced delays resulting from a collision on the Florida Turnpike today.

According to WPTV, the crash took place at about 8:48 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the turnpike near the exit to Boynton Beach Boulevard.

Few details regarding the cause of the crash are available at this time. However, at least one lane was partially blocked as  a result, causing major traffic delays in the area.

We do not know at this time if anyone was injured in the wreck.
