Crash on I-595 leaves woman dead, child injured

MIAMI, FL – A crash on I-595 left one woman dead and a child sustained injuries after an accident on Wednesday morning, CBS News reports. 

The crash occurred in the westbound lanes of I-595 near US-441. Details regarding the cause of the crash are not currently available. One of the vehicles involved was a Silver Nissan.

A woman was fatally injured in the crash. A 4-year-old boy was also in the car and hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
