Cyclist struck by vehicle, killed in Davie

DAVIE, FL – A cyclist was killed in Davie on Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle, NBC Miami reports. 

The accident occurred at the intersection of Nob Hill Road and State Road 84 around 5:40 a.m. The victim was riding north on 84 when they were hit by a vehicle driving north on Nob Hill.

They were rushed to a local hospital, where they later passed away. The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with police.
