Driver crashes into day care near Fort Lauderdale

LAUDERHILL, FL – A driver was injured after crashing into a day care on Northwest 34th Avenue and West Broward Boulevard on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25.

According to WSVN, the accident happened around 11 p.m. that night. The driver lost control of their vehicle, crashed into the building and was ejected onto the street.

The driver, whose identity has not been released, did not sustain critical injuries. No one was inside the day care at the time of the crash.

Police are investigating.
