Florida Highway Patrol officials say a 2001 Toyota sedan was traveling eastbound on Okeechobee Boulevard when it was rear-ended by a 2016 Sierra pickup truck at the intersection. The impact caused the vehicles to cross the median and entering the westbound lanes causing the Toyota to crash with a third vehicle traveling westbound on Okeechobee Boulevard.
