Miami Gardens crash kills one, injures another

MIAMI GARDENS, FL – One person is dead and another is in critical condition following an accident in Miami Gardens Thursday morning, NBS Miami reports. 

The fatal collision occurred in the intersection of 27th Avenue and Miami Gardens Drive around 1:30 a.m. and involved a Volkswagen Jetta and a Mercedes.

The Jetta’s driver died in the crash. The driver of the Mercedes was rushed to a nearby hospital and remains in critical condition.

At this time it is not clear what caused the crash.
