A Boynton Beach police Department spokeswoman said, the crash occurred in the 3500 block of South Federal Hwy.

A motorcycle was traveling south on Federal Highway when the driver of a black Dodge Ram pickup truck heading north on Federal Highway failed to yield and began to make a left turn into the entrance of the Seaborne Cove community, the Palm Beach County and the Florida Highway Patrol officials said.

The motorcycle, an orange Honda, struck the passenger’s side doors of the Dodge, which caused the truck to flip onto the driver’s side.

The 33-year-old truck driver and a passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The motorcyclist and his passenger, both died at the scene.

Palm Beach Police Department said, it is unclear who was driving the motorcycle and what must have lead to the crash.

Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the Traffic Homicide Investigating Department or the Florida Highway Patrol Department
