Oakland Park accident leaves one dead, six injured

OAKLAND PARK, CA – A woman was killed and six other people were killed after an accident caused by a car chase, CBS Miami reports. 

Three vehicles were stolen from a home on Mercedes Drive by two teenage boys. The suspects were found by police in a white Mercedes sedan around Sunrise Boulevard around 5 a.m.

As they attempted to stop the vehicle, the suspects sped away.

The chase continued to the 900 block of Oakland Park Boulevard where they suspects lost control of the vehicle and crashed into several other cars.

This accident left one woman dead and six people, including a pregnant woman, injured. Both suspects fled on foot but were later arrested.
