One dead in Okeechobee accident

West Palm Beach, FL – One person is dead following an accident on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beech on Monday afternoon.

According to CW34, the accident involved three cars on Okeechobee Boulevard traveling towards Interstate 95 northbound when one car traveling in the opposite direction struck oncoming vehicles. Multiple people involved with the crash were taken to a local hospital where they are being treated for critical injuries. Police say one driver died from their injuries. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
