One injured after airborne Lamborghini bursts into flames

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – A driver was injured in Fort Lauderdale after colliding with a speeding Lamborghini, WESH reports. 

The crash occurred on the 1100 block of NW 7 Avenue around 3:30 p.m. A 2021 Lamborghini Urus sped through a stop sign and was struck by a Nissan SUV.

The impact caused the Lamborghini to fly 20 feet in the air. Upon landing, it flipped over and burst into flames. The driver then fled on foot.

The Nissan’s driver suffered minor injuries. It is unclear if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
